Please Critique my 3rd cycle

I plan on doing a 10 week cycle that consists of the following:
Week 1-10 500mg of Sustanon per week
Week 1-10 400mg of Deca per week
Week 1-4 30mg of Dbol a day

Week 1-10 50mg Proviron a day
Week 1-10 10mg of Nolvadex a day

Post cycle week 13-16 Clomid

Let me know what you Bro's think about my cycle.
Should I throw in winny tabs towards the end?
Is the Nolva 10 mg thruout the cycle good or am I worried too much?
I had a few signs of gyno in previous cycles so I wanna block estrogen completely.
Any feedback would be appreciated.

Looks good.

No need for the proviron on this ... you have test unless you somehow think adding it will titrate the SHBG away form your other steroids and bind proviron instead (i dont know binding affinity off the top of my head for these)

No need for winny at the end ... too much liver stress. I dont think you need it for anticatabolic recovery ... if you are oging to you have to use tabs as the half life of zambons last about a day so you will still be "on" when recovering although it doesnt bind the AR well or aromatize. if you are going to take nolvadex through the cycle take 20 mg ED. If not, keep it on hand and take 1 mg ED of liquidex since you are gyno prone.

Sounds solid dude. I would extend that dbol out to week 6 and be sure ot take your ALA at 1.5 - 2 g ED

Wanna block estrogen completely ehh... Well that's not a good thing to COMPLETELY get rid of it but lessening greatly can be for the desired effects of less bloat and possible gyno. Get rid of nolvadex and replace with arimidex/liquidex. I know you're probably using the proviron for this purpose as well but it does a poor job at that. Also if you want to continue the proviron for it's increased hardening effects take it up to week 12 and also take the arimidex/liquidex all the way through even with clomid therapy. Just my 2 cents.

well i agree that arimidex or liquidex would be better as a anti-e than the proviron and nolva.
i dont see a problem with adding winny at the end. run 50mg/day weeks 7-12

I figured proviron does a good job with estrogen.
I can either do that or Arimidex IP tabs at .25mg a day.
But I didnt hear very good reviews about IP products so Im affraid to try them.

Sounds right to continue the proviron till week 12 like Mike said.
I want the hardening effect and my penis to stay in business
I still dont know if I should jump into 20mg AD of Nolva or wait till I see any sideffects.

About the Dbol I was thinking about taking it longer till week 6 but I just want it to kickstart my gains.

i wouldnt go with the winny if you insist on using the dbol. stick with one 17-aa per cycle, dont wanna kill the ol' liver. also, you said youve had some gyno symptoms before, so id worry a bit about progesterone effects from the deca as, arimidex liquidex and nolvadex combined wont help you with that one.

I just ordered some liquidex so Im gonna be doing that at 1mg AD instead of nolva. From what I read so far sounds like it gets the job done.
Im gonna keep the nolva on hand just incase.
