please,critic my cutting diet

I want to drop 2% of bf in 1 or 1 1/2 month
I'm at 190lbs with 10-12% bf.
I don't do cardio.
here is a typical day (meal every 3 hours)

meal 1 : 50g oatmeal
11 eggs white/1 egg

meal 2: 200g tuna
200 g pasta
1 egg

meal 3: 70g whey protein
1 banana

meal 4: 200g chicken
125g rice
1 egg

meal 5:50g whey protein

It represents 55% proteins/25% carbs/15%fat
300g prot/day
150g carbs
40g fat.
I'll do this for 2 weeks then I'll change and adopt a carb rotating diet (2 days off carbs/1day on).
I'm gonna do this for 1 or 1 1/2 month.
What do you think about it ?

Dosen't seem too bad. but it seems like more of a building diet. with all those carbs in there.
you may want more time of the carbs.
but im no cutting expert.
