i haven't done a cycle in alittle over a year. did alot before that for almost 10 years. i don't want to get any heavier. i'm 6'1, 250. right now i'm kinda fat, w/ alot of muscle. been lifting seriously for 14 years. been dieting for almost a month, 250g protein, around 150-200g carbs, gonna drop it to 100g/day soon. low fat, no sugar, lots of water. cheat 1 or 2 meals on the weekend. not looking to get ripped for a show, just want to get leaner quicker. i'm not gonna start until i feel i'm ready, training wise, maybe another month. also doing 30min cardio 3 or 4 days a week. gonna up it to 40 min 4 or 5 days/week. anyway i have access to alot of gear but due to my current situation, i'm choosing to do strictly a light cutting cycle. i have BD 50mg winny tabs, 100 50mcg cytomils and over 100 0.04 clens. these are what i want to use, not definate on cytomil. please let me know if this is good for my needs. i'm looking to drop about 30lbs. i know diet is key but i want alittle help. also let me know if i should add alittle test. i have omnadrens and prop.
1 other thing, we have jintropin gh. i KNOW this would make me leaner. is it definately worth it? i know nothing about this. i've done serostim in the past but that was when i was a crazy kid w/out a care in the world. getting older, expecting a kid, house, all the other BS. just want to get lean quick. let me know.
