Please Advice PCT - dbol/deca/test.e

Hello,

I am completing my second cycle next week.

age : 24 - weight 242 lbs.

dbol 50mg 1-6 weeks
deca 400mg 1-11 weeks
test. E. 750mg 1-14 weeks

I have proviron, clomid, nolva, aromasin.

I planned to start PCT 2 weeks later after last shot of Test. E. then, What should i follow ? HCG ? IU's ?
