Platinum membership help

Hey, I just registered for the platinum membership but I can't log in. The password was resent to my email and it is correct, so I know that I'm in the system. Anyone else having the same problem??? Anyone know how to fix?

Sometimes it can take a while for your platinum status to be enabled, howlong ago did you sign up?
