Is there a way to just have them take it out in 6 month chunks instead of this month to month dribble!!!! That’s why I cancelled, would rather just pay out in chunks!

Yes. Go to the EliteFitness online store and establish an account. Then, you can purchase several options such as paying in increments of 3, 6, etc. months in advance, of which you'll get a free month or two for paying in advance. It's a great deal.
