ok, I'm on a keto diet style since about 7 weeks with a carb-up every weeks, i lost 22 pounds so far , but The wheigh lost are not the same as the beginning,

I know that I have to shock my metabolism for one week ant after that, come back with my keto diet. But I have no clue of what I should do to shock my body...

I'm looking for somes advices...

It is natural for you weight loss to slow down from what is was in the first week. In the start you lose alot of water weight along with the fat.

A good yardstick for knowing if you are loosing weight at a good pace is around 1-2lbs a week. However it depends on your stats. If you BF% is really high (>40%) it may be faster (3-4lb) but not much...

When you drop below 10% that pace slows alot! Don't expect more than 1/2 pound a week tops... Perhaps you should consider a low intensity bulk cycle.. adding some more muscle will help burn more of the remaing fat off easily and jack your metabolism
 
THERE are several things you can do...
1stop training for a week, shocks your system when u get back to it.
2have a good carb-up
3change your training routine. ie cut cardio, only do cardio, hitt training etc etc
