Plateau Mid-cycle and what I did.

Four weeks in I hit a plateau. My weight, strength, overall gains remained the same for about a week. I changed a few things and did the unthinkable. For three days I dropped my cal and protein intake to 1500g and 150g (very low) and remained out of the gym for those days. (Ironically I retained what I had) on the fourth day I upped my cal and protein intake to what it was prior. I also changed my workout routine to:

Day 1 Chest
Day 2 Back & Tri’s
Day3 Shoulders & Bi’s & Forearms
Day 4 off
Day 5 Legs & Traps
I’ve gained 1lbs a day for the last five, my strength is up, overall I’m up 17lbs with five weeks left to go. The last four of which I’m adding winny to help solidify gains. Sometimes the “wrong” things work out best in the long run.
 
Exactly! EAT! Say you started at 200lbs, we'll now your 215. So, now you must eat like at 215lber, because what you ate to get from 200-215 wont get you to 225. Dont make the mistake of upping the dose...............galaxy
 
Don't get me wrong, I do eat like crazy. I'm just saying confusing my system seemed to help jump start my gains again. I planed on add the winny for the start so I'm not upping any doses.
