Plateau by week 4?!?!?! HELLLLPPPPP

192lbs

Work out 6x/wk
Diet is plenty (6 meals, 2 weight gainer shakes and cell tech)/day
Cycle: 375 (1.5cc) Test Ethe every 5 days and 450mg (1.5cc)deca every week.

At the beginning I was 170-175, now I am 190/194 and im on week 4. I dont see too much results muscle wise so I figure alot is water retention. The prob is that for the last week ive stopped growing without any change in workout/intake. Why is this? Any help would begreat guys thanks!!!
 
Dude, YOU ARE HUMAN, not a machine. You do have limits. Be happy that you have already gained a good amount of mass. Freak.
 
Try eating even more and working out a little less. Try working out 4 days and resting on the 5th or working out 5 days and resting 2.

Day 1: Chest, triceps
Day 2: legs
Day 3: shoulders, biceps, abs
Day 4: Back
Day 5: rest day (could still do cardio)
Day 6: START ALL OVER

I know you say you are eating plenty but your body seems to be saying otherwise. When you stop growing, up your calories and you should start growing again. At least, that's what I keep hearing, LOL.

have you guys not noticed that he is on enanthate and deca, the weight he gained is probably mostly water weight and since its only week 4 the real gains havent even began to start yet.

exactly what I was thinking...that shit hasnt even kicked in yet!!

give it another week, keep eating, and be careful not to overtrain. At your weight and height, thats should be more than enough gear

unless of course its fake....then youre definitely screwed:)
 
Just give it some time. One week is nothing, I'm sure you'll see some differences next week or the week after. Just keep training hard, heavy and get plenty of rest.

Training with weights 6 days a week is a little excessive. I'd slow down before you overtrain and really stop seeing results.
 
I have always noticed that most of my gains come at the 4-6 week range and after that it is a waste of gear. That's why I do 4-6 week cycles recover for 2 months and do it again. be happy with you gains those are very good.
 
20 lbs for a whole cycle would be rock solid. I would not stress. Those are amazing gains for being 4 weeks in and it takes the deca that long anyway before it starts to really work.

I've noticed the same thing and agree completely.
