plat features not working.MODS

i can't look at pictures it says i am not a plat when i am. what is going on.

Did you clear cookies when they fixed the gallery problem?

if not.

Log out, clear cookies, log back in.

cookies are SUPPOSED to be automatically cleared when you log out, but i clear my cookies anyway at work. The problem has been going on for weeks, but i just emailed someone last night.
