I don't see any point in getting myself surgery. I can improve every area of my body by working hard, except my penis, which doesn't need anything done to it.

Woman can't do excercises to make their boobs bigger, so ....

bought myself a nice set of boobs when I started training and eating hardcore... went from a full C to an A so bought me some D's woo hoo best thing I ever did!! I dont have to wear a bra, clothes fit WAY better, and it completes the curve of my body because I have hips...

Pointless without pics!

I got breast implants about 4 years ago....happy with them, but they can ache alot.....not really hurt, but a mild pain that is annoying. I try to be as careful as possible though. I ride horses (competing too) and if you don't have a GREAT sports bra, you're in for a heap of trouble!

Again,....pics are worth a thousand words! :qt:

swear by it. over the years had a little nose job, some lipo around the flanks and most recently the lower abdominal area.

I can't imagine myself having plastic surgery. But if i will become very fat and loose my weight (just as my father), you need somebody to take overhanging skin away. Else you don't have nothing about the fact that you loose weight. It still looks awful.

pregnancy can do that too if you don't have great elasticity to the skin. I am planning to have a tummy tuck & boob job when I am at my goal weight. Purpose is a "mommy makeover", in high school & college I had an hourglass figure. After breastfeeding 4 kids & losing the preggo weight I lost my Ds & had kinda sad looking Cs (I made enough milk for twins so doc said my tissue had been damaged). My abdominal wall also separated more than it's supposed to (called a distasis recti) - so a tummy tuck would get rid of the damaged skin that won't tighten back up & repair the muscular damage. I am one that never would have considered any kind of surgery at all, but after seeing a figure I was less than pleased with I changed my mind. I don't want what I never had, I just want my old body back eventually! :) I am a good way off from being ready for surgery though - I have a good bit of weight to lose so I can get the best possible results when I do go under the knife...
