I am planning on doing my first cycle. Is there anything I should do to prepare my body for it. I.E. change my diet, change my workout routine. I am 22, 6'4 255 lbs, a former College football player, blew out my shoulder and have been recovering from that for a year. I never did it in college b/c I was afraid of testing, but now I figure it's time. I'm thinkin deca/dbol stack, what are your thoughts?
