BTW I would extend the cycle to 6 weeks so you can take the full benefits of the Oral and the test prop .

I can tell you that the 5 week prop cycle is more like a tentative schedule

so when I start my cycle I will play it by the ear again.
Last time I gained 7lb on the 5 week test prop only cycle after dropping 4 lb of water the first week of PCT. I did not lose muscle, I was 2% down in BF. I was happy with the results. OSTA SARM helped me to hold on to all my strength gains and lean mass.
My goal is clean gains. I care little about water weight gains or gains where my BF goes up. I am 6.2 201lb at 14%bf now and my goal is to be 215-220lb at 12%BF. and I have plenty of time to get there. may be 2-3 more cycles. I do not plan to run long cycles or run long esters as I see no point in it for me. it may be a good idea for someone else but not me.
I would probably log my cycle too.
