Planning a trip

Heya,

Kinda new to the board, but I have a Question. Me and my lady are planning a trip to the carribean and I need to find some info on what islands are best for obtaining gear. I am guessing anything that is a US territory is out, so what does that leave me?

Gear available over the counter, nice beaches, rain forests and safe.

Costa Rica-local law-Anavar

Will be living in Costa Rica for a month and a half...Is gear completely legal there? Specifically Anavar? Was planning to have source ship it to me there, but want to make sure I won't have any local hassles?
