eya, I'm planing to go on a very detailed CKD. I'll keep records of food intake, measurements, weight etc...
I'll be following the 2 24hrs day path. carbing up on sunday and wednesday but a small doubt came to my mind
should I force ketosis in the first week from monday to saturday and then do the sunday carb-up. or should I already start cycling already in the first week?
so it would be either:
1) mon-sat (ketosis), sun (carb-up) - the first week
sun-tue (ketosis), wed (carb-up), thurs-sat (ketosis), sun(carb-up) and so on - the cycle
or:
2) sun-tue (ketosis), wed (carb-up)...sun(carb-up) and so on with the cycle
I think the #1 approach is better... not sure though. I'd like to have some input on this one
