Plannin my PCT

Iam in my 5th week of the cycle now, but I want to dial in my PCT so I can go out and purchase all that I need.

Here is my cycle:
20 weeks 600EQ/500Test with AIFM

At week 10 I plan to do 10 days of HCG at 500iu with 20mg of Nolvadex. Iam planning to do this so that mhy testes wont be so atrophied by week 21 when I start pct.

PCT to start 10 days after the last shot. I will Take 1,500IU 3 times per week (Monday, Wednesday, Friday) 100mg of clomid and 20mg of Nolvadex for 3 weeks. The following three weeks 50mg clomid and 20mg Nolvadex.

You don't need the nolva. You're using AIFM. So save your money. The clomid is fine.
You should be fine with that. I would get some Proviron and dbol as precaution.

Ulter Please elaborate why you recomend the dbol or proviron. I just did some research and I know they aromatize very little and proviron actually can lower estrogen levels. Is this the reason You recomend it. And If so at what dosage and when should I start?

I dont want watery gains at the end of my cycle so if I had a choice b/w the two I would choose proviron.

Proviron in case you lose your libido and Dbol in case you start to crash during PCT.

proviron does not actually lower estrogen or inhibit aromatase, it does increase free DHT and have DHT like binding (though lower affinity because of methylation) which modulates ER activity
