Plane transport help

I'm going to be flying soon and i'm going to need to find a way to take my pins with me on the plane. Does anyone have any ideas... the previous thread for this topic was fairly weak. If i dont find anything that solid i guess i'll just post to see if there is anyone local willing to sell some.

I think that the reason you are seeing that the response was "weak", was that basically you are asking for people to openly discuss ways to smuggle items on a plane, and/or basically thwart the efforts of airport security.

I think its best, for many reasons, that such topics not be discussed on the boards.

Well I have a dilemna... therefore I am asking the people that would know best... if your afraid to talk about it then don't. If its against the forum policy then thats another story. Thanks

I put pins in my checked luggage. I don't think thats illegal, and I know its not if you have prescription medicine that requires injection.

Put them in a hand cream bottle or something like that in your checked luggage. Make sure you put something in there so it doesn't shake around like the bottle is empty though.

I just think its not-cool to ask or discuss it.

Plus, we dont talk about details of how to smuggle, or bring contraband across borders or onto planes in general. The board has drawn the line at that point and those things are normally not discussed.
