TAMPA, Fla., Jan. 5 — A small, non-commercial plane crashed into a downtown Tampa office building Saturday evening, killing the lone occupant, a 15-year-old student pilot, authorities said. Tampa Police Department spokesman Joe Durkin said it was unknown how many people were in the building.
