obviously im new here, so i'll try to fill you in with myself. Im 22 years old, 6'0 weigh 200lbs and bf% 13. I'd post a pic if i knew how.

Anyhow i've been lifting since i was 15, was very consistant for 4.5 years, then i had 2 years of maintenance, and now ive been consistant since.

Ok, im looking to play rugby league and am planning a cycle or two before the next season. I havent done one yet and from my research i am thinking decadurabolin as the go. I've heard its less androgenic, which suits me, and i've read it produces good results for beginners and athletes.

Being my first post here and on a subject i know you guys know a shitload more about than i do, i'd appreciate some valuable advice here.
 
deca can be hell to run alone...it will shut you down hard in moderate to high doses

I suggest you just run test enanthate at 400 mgs a week and get some novla you could get away with 1/2 a novla a day at that dose...run that you will be happier and hornier than a deca only cycle
 
im a bit worried of the androgenic effects on me, i took humanovar (a proH, i think) andandrobolin (steroidal saponins) and retained alot of water, got fat, i swear gyno (but the dr says its just extra fat) and it screwed with my liver, i wasnt taking milk thistle though.

Test enanthate, from what i've read is highly androgenic and i understand you will get massive size from it, but also alot of water size and fat. Also the estrogen effects.

I am after more size, but i'll be more than happty with an extra 20lbs of LBM over the next 11 months that i can maintain after my cycles.

Like i say im new to this and only know what i've read, i beleive experience to be much more valuabe knowledge, and thats why i ask for the help of this board.
 
do a search on nolvadex and liquidex or arimidex,these anti estrogens should be the answer your looking for
 
i would go with duraplex 100 or sustaplex 325..

or if your not worried about gettin big but stronger than mastaplex 200 is the way to go
its designed for athletes who do alot of runnin or need to stay in a certain weight class its a cutting cycle

another good thing is there is no aromazation effects so theres no need for pct
