Plain Caffine to replace ECA???

Im getting off off ECA and was wondering what's a good caffine to take, what manufacturer should i look for and what dosage. Looking for something to wake me up in the morning and pump me up for my workouts.

Since ECA stacks include roughly 200mg caffeine per serving, chances are, by now your body is used to such dosage, so you won't get a similar effect unless you take a really large dose.

Kilosports sells bulk caffeine, you could cap it to your exact dosage.

i actually picked up a bottle of xenadrine efx, im surprised at how good it actually works. I'd say atleast 90% as effective as ephedrine, without the racing heart and crashes.

For the record, I'd guess that non-ephedra/ephedrine products probably work about 25% as well as products with it.

Using just caffeine for weight loss might not be that good considering its effects of insulin sensitivity.
