Pissed and Depressed Post Cycle...

I started at 167lb 5'9 11-12%
In September I started my 2nd cycle and this was a bulking cycle
10wk deca @250mg
12wk Test 500mg
1-4 dbol @30 mg
PCT
wk14-17 nolvadex 20mg ed
AIFM atleast one pump a day towards the end i was doing 2-3 pumps 1-17

everything went perfcect during the cycle I was eating more then enough GOOD lean food, because during my cycles i like to stay a little more lean instead of getting a gut. I was doing 6-7 solid meals a day with 2-3 protien shakes at day @40g of protein
When i got done with the cycle towards the end of decemeber i weighted in at 185lb and felt great.
then a week after the cycle, i guess the deca wore off and my left shoulder started bothering me to the point where i didn't want to lift on it or make it worse. I guess this was a result from lifting heavy in the winter.

so then in the middle of Jan I took about 1 week off from the gym because i haven't since june and figured i was due for a rest, then i went back and babied my shoulder the whole time, i didn't even do shoulders during the week and if i did a chest work out i did it very very light and higher reps. but i still did a kinda hard back/legs/tri's/bi's workout because i knew i couldn't be without the gym, and i knew people that juice start to feel weak and get somewhat depressed about it after their cycle, and i figured if i just sat around with out going to the gym it would hit me more and i would feel like a weakling

so from about then til now my shoulder started feeling a little bit better for the last week or two i have been doing a decent shoulder work out but nothing like i used to, and my chest workouts haven't been for less then 8 reps and lighter wieghts,

also I have been doing cardio for atleast 20 mins eod to start toning up for the summer, and with my diet i'm doing about 2500 calories and I cut my carbs in half, and i still keep my protien at a high intake at atleast 160g a day, its usually more

But the thing thats bothering me is that my sex drive isn't really there as much, I know deca has a lot to do with this during the cycle, but the test E i was taking I would want to bone anything in site, and i almost had a hard on on for atleast 55% of the day lol, but now after the cycle sometimes during sex I go limp with out nutting?

!!i'm starting to think that the nolvadex my friend gave me was shit because I lost a good amount of my gains THIS IS WHATS GETTING ME THE MOST DEPRESSED! I'm down to about 173lb now, i know people are gonna say its because you lost water wieght, and because you have been eating less, and because you have been lifting less, but the thing that makes me feel the nolvadex was shit was the fact that i have not to much of a sexdrive, my testicles feel back to normal size and i'm shooting heavy loads lol but I just feel weak, and not like my normal self,


I'm just pissed because I read about all these newbies that come on here and talk about their ridiculous cycles and how they lose it all after, I feel like i lost a lot of my gains but its due to my injury and shit and it can be depressing

I think the thing that helped me feel better after my last cycle was the creatine that helped keep somewhat of my wieght up and strentgh up


See I know this is just post cycle mental shit but I want to vent, I'm gonna
still hit the gym, and eat right and that helps me to feel better, and I'll keep this up before I do my spring cutter! just wanted to share my frustration

Bro, I can't really say anything that is going to make you feel better. Life happens and it is part of the game. Just try to keep a strong mental attitude. You will get back in the swing of things. This is just where you have to be for right now. Giving up will not help your cause.
 
Man I went through the same shit after the same cycle, but I had the Deca @600mg and the test @750mg. I gained 35 lbs and only kept 10. I did all me pct right, kept on eating the same, and kept on working out hard. I still kept losing my gains. I think it was the Deca and thats why I will never touch the shit again.
So I feel your pain bro. You are doing the right thing though by keepin at it.
 
Keep eating, keep training, keep a positive attitude, and get the shoulder looked at. Go heavy on the compounds (squat, deadlift, etc.). We all go threw this man. Its part of the game.

I dunno if this will make u feel any better< but i went through the same thing last cycle... I was on nolvadex @ 40mg/day for 2 weeks, then 20mg/day.. AFter the first 2 weeks i was feeling good, kept most of my gains sex drive was up.. then i just went to shit like urs...I lost most of my gains , I was stressin man..

I was usuing pharm grade nolvadex, like the stuff actually says "anti-neoplastic"for breast cancer patients on it.. I guess i underesimated how strong it was.. I got off that and switched to the dreaded clomid.. at 50mg/day the sides where actually not bad.. after a few weeks on that and off the nolva like 75%of my gains came back.. I was pretty surprised mang..
Estrogen plays a big part in libido, and since the nolva blocks estrogen and has such a long half life thats probably where most of the problem is..


Try this cause it worked for me.

clomid @ 50mg/day 21-28days
Proviron @ 50mg/day for about 2/3wks
Viagra/cialis until u get better.. Cause that might be depressing u also.
 
I dont get it..you gained 10 whole pounds of lean muscle after the cycle was over and done with and your upset?

Most guys would kill to get and keep 10 lbs of muscle in 8-12 weeks...
 
Also mang.. I didnt see any HCG in ur pct.. when u doing cycle over 8 wks or using deca/tren.. It really helps to use that ..

Nolva is know to kill libido and reduce IGF-1, So you lose a lot more gains with that thne you do with clomid..
 
thanks guys, I'm gonna start spraying AIFM agian, i think that helps kick my sex drive a little mor, but I am gonna just keep lifting and eating good, prepare for my spring cutter, and get a full SOLID PCT!
 
The AIFM will help. So will Proviron. You should never use Nolva around Deca and you probably shouldn't use it anyway. I would guess it was real Nolva. Because Nolva can suppress your sex drive. It sounds like you're crashing so I suggest if you have any dbol left over you begin using 10mg/day upon rising. Use the AM dbol method for a few weeks and then try clomid for a couple weeks.
 
nolva is not good PCT, despite claims to the contrary. Particularly after nandrolones.

Nolva is good as a priming agent for HCG.

clomid is much better established for HPGA restoral (actually established, since there is little clinical data on tamoxifen for hypogonadism- 2 case studies in the last 10 years vs dozens with clomifen)

a little help with the dbol method i can get my hands on some what should i do?
also i could order AG guys clomid,
how much mg of dbol a day
how much clomid a day and when
 
is it ok if i start using clomid now to boost my sex drive, and to possibly raise my test if its low? its just during sex i go limp after a while, and I want to make sure my test levels are good,

is it true that if my test levels are low, i won't gain much muscle when i lift?

Yes, if you begin clomid now it should help your problem as well. It sounds like you don't have enough estrogen. Estrogen is the key to an erection.

well I started spraying AIFM could that be a problem
 
HCG made all the differnence in the world once I started doing it during PCT. I like to start the clomid a little earlier then the norm, I want to have a nice build up before the ester clears from my system, really helps cushion the crash.

You use this method when you're PCT is not going well. Usually after a deca or tren cycle. So you would start it a few weeks after the cycle when your PCT flops. It's usually only about 3-4 weeks until it fixes the problem. It can be longer.

Hey Man,

Sometimes cycles go bad. Just learn from it, and carry on. We DO have lives outside of body building. Just get back up. That what matters. Get back up.

Hey, I'm a lot older than you. So there are times when Mr. Willie doesn't feel like playing.There are 3 products I would recommend for your situation.
And I would try clomid too:

1. Caber/ Dostinex. Good for the sex DRIVE. .50 mg 3 X wk. Online.
You coulda shoulda used it with DECA. It's an anti-prolactin. I truly
love this shit. BUT only at that dose. Too much can cause heart issues.
Do a google and decide for yourself.
2. Proviron. Mentioned above. Good shit.
3. Cialis. Good for WOOD.

Good luck. You will survive this, bro.
 
ok thanks guys I started clomid today 50mg a day, this should help with my sex drive and to make sure my test are up!
 
I guess everybody reacts to different drugs differently but for me Clomid was the worst thing ever for post cycle depression. In the long run it will help you recover but in the mean time you might be in for an emotional roller coaster, just be prepared.

I'm still kind of confused how I lost all my gains.... I'm down to like 172 now, is it because the nolvadex wasn't enough to boost my natty test to allow me to keep my new gains or was it because i went real light with the wieghts due to my injury?

Join the club partner. Your getting alot of helpful advice here from good bros but understand that after PCT your gonna lose some gains. I don't care what anyone here says. Especially if you were on heavy dosages of Test. Post cycle Depression (PCD <-- my new discovery) is something i struggle with mainly due to hormonal embalances. I've really considered staying on HRT year round to combat this. I'm also not a fan of constantly bulking up and then losing gains. One suggestion i might add is when I come off a bulker I immediately add supplements and start cutting. As my bodyfat is lowered the illusion is that you are just as big if not bigger. Striations and vascularity come in and i'm usually o.k. for a while - perception is what matters right? Like i said though, losing gains and depression are normal and you can lift like a gladiator but it's going to be a challenge.

This cycle I have coming up consist of Tren and Eq along with some test, I'm not a big fan of test because it blows you up then deflates you and only keeps you with about 10% of the gains

I was just thinking that the nolvadex wasn't effective enough, next time I am going to use clomid and HCG so hopefully I can keep more then 6lbs of it!

I'd say more than 10% but you get the picture. Best advice is to understand its temporary and dig down deep and fight it. When your Test levels are that of a 6 year old girl it's hard to retain muscle. Try AIFM and HCG of course at the right time (most importantly). Let me know how Tren treats you. I'll be honest - i'm scare shitless of the stuff but I still want to try it.
 
I don't want to be annoying with this thread, but just incase it might help others in my situation where they can't get their hands on proviron right now,

Update after being on clomid for 2 weeks @ 50mg a day
my sex drive feels like its back up there and I can keep a nice hard boner during sex, hahahah, instead of just trying to ram my gf with a limp noodle, and trying to blame it on liqour or something

Its all a mental game. After my cycles and PCT, I usually buy products like cell tech, Natural test boosters, NO explode just to make myself believe I am still taking gear. I trick my mind into believing natural test boosters are gear. I know stupid, but it works for me.

I noticed you wrote that you eat 160g of protein a day. If you are cutting your carbs to get ready for summer, you need to eat at least 1.5g per body weight. So weighing 172 you should be eating 260g of protein a day. 1g per body weight maintains muscle, your not even eating that. Try to increase your protein.
 
It is hard some times keep trying ,im older so my injurys
seem to stay i just learn to work around them ,massage
might help ,stay strong .

great advice from everybody!! i had the same problem during my first cycle.. i gained 25 pounds on a sustanon dbol cycle.. half way through my college football season i started loosing all the mass i put on.. people were like what the fuck happend to you.. dude it was a very hard time in my life!!.. you have to stay positve and reliaze its only temporary.. man i know people have been pushing this stuff a lot but try some dermacrine.. i swear to god this stuff makes you feel like your on a lite cycle.. also try throwing in some igf-1 if you got the extra cash.. good luck man just stick it out for a couple months and then hit your next cycle as hard as you can.. make sure you have a good pct lined up after your next cycle.. this is what my next pct is gonna look like

just remember you cant stay on dermacrin for ever bro...you have to cycle it..its great for pct or to raise your natty test levels and after you use it they stay raised but you have to cycle it 4 weeks on with some time off after.

yea i wrote Atleast 160g, on like a lazy sunday where i get up late, I get atleast 160g of protein in, but every other day atleast 260g+

usually 3x 40g protien shake
1 in the morning
8 egg whites and oatmeal
lift
protein shake
1 hour later lunch
can of tuna

two split dinners
chicken or steak or some kind of meat
then protein shake

But the thing thats bothering me is that my sex drive isn't really there as much, I know deca has a lot to do with this during the cycle, but the test E i was taking I would want to bone anything in site, and i almost had a hard on on for atleast 55% of the day lol, but now after the cycle sometimes during sex I go limp with out nutting?

!!i'm starting to think that the nolvadex my friend gave me was shit because I lost a good amount of my gains THIS IS WHATS GETTING ME THE MOST DEPRESSED! I'm down to about 173lb now, i know people are gonna say its because you lost water wieght, and because you have been eating less, and because you have been lifting less, but the thing that makes me feel the nolvadex was shit was the fact that i have not to much of a sexdrive, my testicles feel back to normal size and i'm shooting heavy loads lol but I just feel weak, and not like my normal self,


I'm just pissed because I read about all these newbies that come on here and talk about their ridiculous cycles and how they lose it all after, I feel like i lost a lot of my gains but its due to my injury and shit and it can be depressing

I think the thing that helped me feel better after my last cycle was the creatine that helped keep somewhat of my wieght up and strentgh up


See I know this is just post cycle mental shit but I want to vent, I'm gonna
still hit the gym, and eat right and that helps me to feel better, and I'll keep this up before I do my spring cutter! just wanted to share my frustration

The injury sounds like a major variable, but I'd suggest HCG IN THE FINAL WEEKS OF YOUR CYCLE. and then Clomid and Nolva afterwords. Once i added HCG in this fashion (Thanks to Needsize), the crach wasn't like it always had been prior to this approach.
