I started at 167lb 5'9 11-12%
In September I started my 2nd cycle and this was a bulking cycle
10wk deca @250mg
12wk Test 500mg
1-4 dbol @30 mg
PCT
wk14-17 nolvadex 20mg ed
AIFM atleast one pump a day towards the end i was doing 2-3 pumps 1-17
everything went perfcect during the cycle I was eating more then enough GOOD lean food, because during my cycles i like to stay a little more lean instead of getting a gut. I was doing 6-7 solid meals a day with 2-3 protien shakes at day @40g of protein
When i got done with the cycle towards the end of decemeber i weighted in at 185lb and felt great.
then a week after the cycle, i guess the deca wore off and my left shoulder started bothering me to the point where i didn't want to lift on it or make it worse. I guess this was a result from lifting heavy in the winter.
so then in the middle of Jan I took about 1 week off from the gym because i haven't since june and figured i was due for a rest, then i went back and babied my shoulder the whole time, i didn't even do shoulders during the week and if i did a chest work out i did it very very light and higher reps. but i still did a kinda hard back/legs/tri's/bi's workout because i knew i couldn't be without the gym, and i knew people that juice start to feel weak and get somewhat depressed about it after their cycle, and i figured if i just sat around with out going to the gym it would hit me more and i would feel like a weakling
so from about then til now my shoulder started feeling a little bit better for the last week or two i have been doing a decent shoulder work out but nothing like i used to, and my chest workouts haven't been for less then 8 reps and lighter wieghts,
also I have been doing cardio for atleast 20 mins eod to start toning up for the summer, and with my diet i'm doing about 2500 calories and I cut my carbs in half, and i still keep my protien at a high intake at atleast 160g a day, its usually more
But the thing thats bothering me is that my sex drive isn't really there as much, I know deca has a lot to do with this during the cycle, but the test E i was taking I would want to bone anything in site, and i almost had a hard on on for atleast 55% of the day lol, but now after the cycle sometimes during sex I go limp with out nutting?
!!i'm starting to think that the nolvadex my friend gave me was shit because I lost a good amount of my gains THIS IS WHATS GETTING ME THE MOST DEPRESSED! I'm down to about 173lb now, i know people are gonna say its because you lost water wieght, and because you have been eating less, and because you have been lifting less, but the thing that makes me feel the nolvadex was shit was the fact that i have not to much of a sexdrive, my testicles feel back to normal size and i'm shooting heavy loads lol but I just feel weak, and not like my normal self,
I'm just pissed because I read about all these newbies that come on here and talk about their ridiculous cycles and how they lose it all after, I feel like i lost a lot of my gains but its due to my injury and shit and it can be depressing
I think the thing that helped me feel better after my last cycle was the creatine that helped keep somewhat of my wieght up and strentgh up
See I know this is just post cycle mental shit but I want to vent, I'm gonna
still hit the gym, and eat right and that helps me to feel better, and I'll keep this up before I do my spring cutter! just wanted to share my frustration
