i just took 800 mg piracetam. the thing is, now i have ADD. i used to be able to concentrate for hours on end, now that i've taken piracetam i can't do anything for more than 5 minutes straight.

1. will this go away
2. will taking piracetam make me like this all hte time (ie, after i stop the drug)

i'm going to take 400 mg tomorrow. see if that does any better. smart drug my ass. now i have ADD & weak amphetamine sides (energy, happiness, etc).

I think you should give it another week at 800 mg and see how it goes. Did you stack it with choline or anything else? Maybe your body is just adjusting to it and that's why you're having a hard time. Good to hear you finally received it though.

I think I'm getting a script for ritalin after christmas if the piracetam doesn't work. I ordered some last week.

it went away. it lasted for a couple hours. tomorrow im doing 400 mg 2x a day instead of 800mg 1x a day. im getting choline tomorrow.

i just read that piracetam is a mild stimulant.

if i were you, i wouldn't take what happens to me as a sign of what will happen to you. i can't stand stimulants. i drank 1 1/2 cups of coffee (150mg) and went into panic attacks with a 140 pulse. so i react reallly strongly to stimulants.

Wow, you must be extremely sensitive or have took some really concentrated and potent piracetam. 800mg of Piracetam by itself does do much for me. I think that is a very low dose, but I have heard testimonials from others who respond to it at similar doses.

i don't know. the box was written in spanish. so it can't be super high grade.

i just have a low tolerance to stimulants. can't take the eca stack, can't drink coffee, etc. piracetam is a mild stimulant. i just hope at low doses that it will still work. if not i shall combine it with hydergine.

i'm on 150mg of effexor now and it totally makes me sleepy but it fucks with my sleep pattern.

for now i have mr sleepy pills, one of which is kicked in and i should get to bed.

that's different... and rarely happens. okay, really never. never been flashed that I know of.

when I was in college I used to teach elementary kids, and the hard part was they were able to focus on something longer than I was.

i have the opposite. i can read a book for 10 hours straight with little force on my part. the sides go away after a few hours, so maybe i'll take the pills before bed.

i got some choline today at the local health food store. so i'm gonna start taking 500mg of that with the piracetam.
