really can't tell what that foreign guy is saying but the pimp says "do you have a problem? walk on! than the slap and I think he says "no problem" after the slap can't really tell. And than he says "come on let's look further"

he is basically showing off property he owns (a building he bought for 60.000 Marks back in the day) etc... then comes the unfortunate mullet-wearing guy... gets pimp-slapped and the pimp continues showing his stuff saying "that over there also belongs to me".

This looks like the world-famous reeperbahn in Hamburg, judging by all the Neon and stuff, which would make the pimp a real-life pimp (owner of strip-clubs, brothels an other savory places).

hard to tell, I had to German guys looking at the video after they heard me lmao and came to see... couldn't tell what the guy was saying, probably asking for something thought he seems only to look
