What is the best size needle to use for drawing/injecting test e? I've heard 18g for drawing and 23g for injecting but I've also heard many others. Also, does it matter what cc syringes I get?

18 or 19 for drawing and 23g for injecting. Any syringe that is 3cc or more will work. Google getpinz.com and they have everything you need.

Alright appreciate the info bro. Without this forum I'd be lost as hell.

Depends where you're injecting and what you prefer. Even when I'm at my leanest I still prefer 1 1/2" while others stick with 1"

Yea I'll be injecting in my glute, so I was thinking 1.5". But size wont ever affect the effectiveness of the test? And while I have this thread going, is it okay to inject in the glute all throughout the cycle, or do I need to switch it up to the quads?

Get the 1& a half inch you can remove the plastic cover and cut and inch off ,reinsert and have a 1 inch pin with a safety stop!

I always inject just in the glute if I'm shooting twice a week. That gives each area a week to recover. If I'm running prop and shooting every other day I switch around glutes and quads. All depends how often your injecting. I I inject myself and glutes are no problem for me unlike a couple guys I know who can't or won't shoot themselves in the glute.

Oh yeah the only time I can't inject in my glute myself is when I'm on deca and my lower back holds water making it hard for me to twist around lol. Then I hit the quads. Just prefer the glutes. Always been little to no pain for me. Hate having to limp around

Yea I would think it'd be kind of hard to inject it in the glute but im going to try and see what happens. I would guess there would be a lot more veins in the quad and blood vessels? And thanks radar. I didn't think about that!

I run a 25g/1in for glutes and delts but my girlfriend is also a nurse so she does all my injections so I don't have to worry about reaching around to try and inject my glute :)

You can get a needle specifically made for drawing only it has a flat tip and works perfect for the thicker oils it's 18x1 1/2

Ok that's why you cut it? I always use a fresh needle cuz I'm afraid it won't be sterile sitting around. I'll get two syringes with pins and use one needle to draw and save the other for injecting. So I'll draw out my test in one syringe then switch the pin to the other and draw out what I need of my eq and put in in the other syringe with the test. Then draw out my other test (running cyp & prop right now) and put it into the syringe with the others then use the fresh needle to inj

I pin with a 23g 1inch in quad all the time never had any problems, never even sore

I draw with a 20g and usually use 23g for injection.

I think drawing with anything bigger than a 21 chews up the rubber bladder. 18 for sure does. I draw with 22 because I buy syringes in bulk with them attached and then change to a 23 for injecting. I use 1.5" in the hlutes and 1" in delts and quads.

Does it hurt anymore using a 1.5 than it does a 1? Also is it okay to use 1 in the glute?

Don't use a 1" in the glutes unless you have really really low bf. Even then I'd still recommend a 1.5". You want to get it deep in the muscle.

Yea that was my thinking. To get it deep in the muscle as possible. Thanks man. Def gonna go with 1.5" considering I'll be injecting in the glutes all cycle. Prolly go with 23g or 25g for injecting and 19 or 20g for drawing.

Low bodyfat or not, you should be using a 1.5" needle for glutes period. You need to get that oil in deep to reduce the risk of an abscess. The longer needle feels exactly the same as a shorter needle. In fact, there is less pain at the injection site later because the oil is burried away deeper.

Hey Z! Ive used 1" 23 gauge 1.5" 23 gauge as well as 1.5" 25 gauge. You'll never be able to tell a difference after the first initial "pain" of the prick. Ya might feel it the drag going through the muscle but no "pain" except the top layer of skin.

Wow, I didn't know that, or even think that's how it would be. Thanks a lot bro. Y'all helped me out a lot. I'll definitely be going with a 1.5" now that you said that.
