Honestly I have never mail-ordered them. -I've always had a female friend nurse that gave them to me, but she can't get them any longer.
I've never heard of someone getting in trouble for pins. You're actually supposed to be able to get them from pharmacies/stores anyways. From what I gather, most sources ship them very discretely.
