krishna New member Jun 10, 2005 #3 Ya I was hoping for 5/8 but there was none. I'll just hit shoulders and I should be ok. How will you know if you haven't made it to the muscle?

krishna New member Jun 10, 2005 #5 I'm at about 10% bf (6 foot 216 lbs). Veins are visible in the skin, but not really protruding yet. What would happen if I accidentally injected subq?
