Pinkys go numb. WTF??

Lately my pinkys go numb. Not all the time, but alot. At least a few times for lengths of time each day. Just started the last couple weeks.

Any ideas?

Have high Blood pressure lately too. Could this be a cause?

Yes, but usually only after workingout.
