I know that if you use your thumb and try to smashit on a hard surface like a table and it does not crush then it should be legit. Also if dissolves in your mouth really fast then it is a fake. You could just take them for a few days and you know then if it is real or not because of how you feel in the gym. Remeber that the half life is 4 hours which means if you take a tab about an hour before you workout you should notice a difference.
