Pin size in Mexico

What gauges are easy to find in Cancun? I ask this becuase I have been to several other countries that have only 21G and under for IM inj. too big for me!!!

Most shops in Mexico only carry 21 or 22.

Why buy pins in MX? You can easily order them from many online sites and avoid potential border hassles.

No doubt terminator, I wouldn't want to risk them finding the pins and then harassing me afterwards!
