Pin site pain/swelling. Help

Hey guys. I pinned for the first time ever Friday night. I went through all the steps as instructed. I swabbed the rubber top of the gear and the injection site, I aspirated, then injected. 24 hours later I noticed soreness but just thought it was because I'm a newbie. But it's now 84 hours after injection and my whole glute is swollen. There is slight redness but it doesn't seem hot to the touch. I'm not running a fever at all. Also it feels like there is a knot in my glute. It's not soft or spongy so I don't think it's a abscess but I don't know. I'm not sure if this is something serious enough to go to the doctor or not. Guidance would be appreciated.

It was 1cc of test E btw. Also I was very shaky and even let go to the needle accidentally after it was fully submerged not sure if that would have caused this but figured I mention it.
