Crush it up and mix it with a tiny bit of water. Fill a huge 2mm syringe and stick that sucker right in your ass.
Seriously though, what's the problem? You ever swallow a huge piece of meat or something? No difference here. I could understand if it were a powder pill which gets stuck in the throat, but a capsule? Maybe drink some flax before taking it to make it go down smoother.
