Hey girlies,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,here are some updated pics,,,,,,,they are not all that great,,,,,,,,i was just playing around and i was bored,,,,,so i figured i would post something,,,,These pics are from about my 7th to 9th week of my Ox cycle,,,im going into my 10th week on monday...oh yeah i dont know how to pose for Sh**!!!!!!!! so try not to laugh...hehehhe,,
,my legs are my worst body part right now,,,,,im working on them though..I have to build them up if i ever want to compete,,,,,,,,,,thats what is holding me back,,,,, i have had some really good gains though,,,,,In 1 month my squat went up ,,,,,,,,,,,im up to 4 reps of 204lbs,,

Girlies? What you don't want any complements from men? Too bad!, I think you look great. Reminds me of my OL. I like the second one down from the top in the second row.
 
Definitely need work on legs. I can say that because MINE need it too. :D

Need size on biceps and lats also... that is all I can see from the pics and poses.

You are very lean, do you eat enough to make proper gains? If you feed your muscles than they should grow.

God, when I think about all the good A/S I wasted because I simply did NOT eat enough! :rolleyes:

EAT GIRL - EAT AND GROW!!!

Also, do you do a lot of cardio? My advice to you is to QUIT IT - especially if you are mainly interested in putting on quality mass - especially on your legs.

You look great!

Your body is very similar to mine. Great gains in the upper body, kinda slow on the lower body. Damn genetics! Eat, eat, eat! I'm on my last week of my cycle now but I have also wasted cycles because my diet sucked. YOU LOOK MAHVELOUS!!!

Ok i know my legs need alot of work,,they just dont want to work with me,,lol

Gymbuny before i started my cycle i used to do cardio every day for 45min. Since i started my cycle i do 20 min on saturday and sunday and that is it.

I am eating as much as i can. I eat around 200-240gp/100c/30/f.

Right now i weigh 140lb 12-13%bf. I gained 10lbs in 9wks and only went up 1% bf.

Oh and MR..NYM,,,,im past the water weight stage,,lol i can deal with it now,(maybe b/c it finally went away,,hehhe)

But i am eating and still growing!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Just a little concerned though on your carbs? Are you sure you're getting enough with 100g/day while on ox? I'm sure you are lift'n like a madWOman!!!

oh yah, what brand of workout clothes is that?

Wow. You look leaner than 12-13% to me....
I have a freind who is 12% and you look a lot leaner than her.

alexiareene----- YES i see a big difference. before my cycle i was already pretty lean,,i just wanted to gain some more size,,,so i used the anavar as a bulking cycle instead of a cutting,,,, but all in all it had done been both a cutting and a bulking,,,if thats possible... granted i think i was a tad bit leaner before i started,,,but thats ok,,,im happy with the hardness and more vascularity,,and definitly the more muscle,,,,,,,, i have gained 10lbs of mostly muscle ...im still on the cycle for about another 3wks...... b/f was done at my gym,,,i dont know how accurate it is,,,but thats what they told me it was

well i from wk 1-7 i used the 10mg spanish caps. I retained water on them,, so at week 7 i switched to Spa,,, i am at 10mg a day, This my 10th week. I like the Spa sooooooooooooooooo much better!!!!

I was just wondering how many calories you consume? I was looking at the 140lbs and was trying to figure it out off of the split you gave above.
Do you consume more then 2000 calories?
I took 2000 calories and tried to figure it out for an example and my calculator shot back protein (40-49%) for 200-240g protein, (20%) 100g Carb, and (13-14%) 30 g of Fat. Is your fat to low?? Also, the percentages don't add up... Even if I were to take 49% + 20% + 14% = 83%
Just wondering...
