Basturk is fast and quick as a cat. I don't get why he is playing for Turkey. He was born and raised in Germany and is a product of German Soccer and the Bundesleague not Turkish Soccer.

lots of turks were brought into germany as cheap manual labour. he probably holds dual nationality, didnt get into germany's side and went to turkey, or felt more alliegance to turkey where his parentsmay be from and chose them

I thought the blacks and the english got along very well in merry old england. racism against him is a good point though. it's different when you are a star though, but maybe he got a lot of heat when growing up in germany.
