Need to do some back raises, thinken trap a little..and pullups It looks like you have good genetics to grow....nice wide shoulders ...think multi joint movements.... lower bodyfat and you will look great.....tuck and roll next time
looks good Bobber. my routine is the same as yours. one thing i like to do is 4 sets of regular barbell shrugs(in the front). then i use the smith machine and do 3 sets of shrugs behind the back. it is tough to do. i grab the barbehind me and lean forward. then shrug away. it took my some time to get used to the movement. but i knew it started to work when i could feel the lower part of my traps burn and become tight as hell. kinda where they meet in the middle of your back.
