PIC FOR PICK- Last night's supper

looks good, not sure how a gluten free crust would taste. i'd prolly take the gluten

I'm eventually gonna have to look into why everyone is so concerned with gluten-free products all of a sudden.

someone spilled a salad on your pizza :(

LOL...that was my thought too. If a pizza doesnt have at least one of either pepperoni, bacon, or sausage on it (prefer all three!)...I have a hard time getting excited about it. (okay, maybe a white pie with clams is cool...but that's about the only exception)

The crust tasted great, but I made it a little thick. Next time it needs to be thinner. Tastes like regular crust.

Actually, I had bean salad (I LOVE BEAN salad) already in my fridge so just added it as the topping. And yes, that is cheese, I dabble in the dairy here and there. It was VALUE WAL MART cheese that I got in NY a few weeks back.

I don't eat any meat but chicken and I've been not been eating much of that lately either.

You're hearing more and more about gluten free because people are starting to become more aware they are either Celiac or have a gluten intolerance.
I went GF last July and it changed my life. I was getting 3 lupus flares a month, then once I stopped, I've had 3 only since July. It's not my "cure" but it sure helped me feel a lot better.
Our environment is causing the human body to break down, therefore glues like gluten and dairy are not breaking down and then cause issues.
I get many of my clients off gluten and they feel great. In fact, most people I know who got off gluten, have felt really well.

Something to look in to if anyone has inflammation, auto immune illness or any chronic illness.

Yeah, a lot of people seem to be developing gluten sensitivity and lactose intolerance later in life (not to mention environmental allergies)

Yes, they sure are. Think about it, did you see kids 30 yrs ago with all these peanut allergies, autism, etc

Our water, air and food is so dirty. It's scary!
