I never really thought she looked like me. I don't have any sisters so i don't really know what a female version of me would look like.

I think she does. Athletic doesn't mean muscles on a wimmens, I think of it as looking genuinely fit instead of just skinny.

It's all in your goals. I'm not gonna rip on a BBer if looking like a BBer is his/her goal. TO's physique isn't great if you're framing that in a BBer sense. And I'm not gonna rip on a TO / performance athlete if functional strength/speed is what he/she is going for.
 
Sheeit, kneegrow. TO is diced as hell and twice as strong, nimble, and fast as anyone I'm sure I know.

You have to think about it, the whole culture just breeds an insane sense of insecurity, probably paralleled by only the modelling industry. Your entire existence is based on how others see you and, on the competitive level, judge/rate you against other people.

I dont post up because iof the nature of these boards. I can handle ridicule believe dat. I grew up with it because i stutter. I do hpowever have a great sense of humor about it. People at work love it because i jave a jovial attitude about everything from a broken toe to a dead person lying in bed 1.

As did I, bor. Spent the majority of my youth in a speech pathologist's office. My sister actually became a speech pathologist b/c of the entire experience.

naw, just the mental midget insecure meatheads that use bodybuilding to overcompensate for their lack of intelligence/looks/money/whatever else. everytime i go over to the steroid forum i feel that way about 80% of the people

unfortunately, if you hang out in the gym, these people are just as common. some of them are nice guys though, just happen to be deadbeats with no direction in life.

as opposed to the people who look at bodybuilding as a hobby, and a way to enhance their overall life to be a more well rounded person.Not just have it be the end all, be all.

i had a lisp through all of grade school. i did the speech therapy thing for many years. how embarrassing. i stutter now sometimes but mostly b/c i am talking way too fast for my mouth
