Phyto-Test questions for PP

Does it matter whether you take Phyto Test with food or empty stomach?

Does it matter how many hours apart you take your 2 servings?

Does it matter whether you take Nitric Oxide, Creatine, and/or any other supplements around the same time you take a serving of Phyto Test?

Is there a specific reason why you get a 5ml serving spoon when the serving size is technically 4ml?

I'll stab, I take mine on both an empty and full stomach depending on circumstances at work (hard to take this stuff in the work office kitchen lol)

I try to space my doseages so that its 3 even times that i'm awake. So right after I wake up, middle of the day (lunch) and evening time before i start winding down for the day.

I'm currently taking lipoflame / amp02 combo with my phytotest / dermacrine combo, and amp has no2 and creatine in it so.... and i'm getting PHENOMENAL results.... only on week 3 too

Sorry, didn’t see this thread…

You want to spread out the doses as evenly as possible. If your up for it you could even do 4 doses ED (8-12ml total). The point is you want to keep your blood levels steady. You can take Phyto with other supplements or food, but it is best to take the Phyto right before taking anything else.
