Would there be any benefit to taking 3 servings (4 ml) of Phyto daily rather than the recommended 2? or is it one of those supplements where more isn't better meaning the 2 servings is all the body can use so no reason to increase?

I'm up to 4x 4ml a day, but thats probably the most you can utilize. It all depends on how hungry you want to be lol. @ this dose, I am eating my normal meals plus I'm hungry the minute I dose the phyto as well, thats a potential 4 more meals then normal depending on when I dose
