i am going to start a personal journey to "refine" my body. i have been lifting for 9 years now and i have done several cycles some much heavier than others... but now i really just want to dial in and get a lean refined look . i would like some honest advice on anyway to help me do this..
steroids i can take, anti-estros, natty supps, diet advice, insulin manipulation, training strategies, cardio , ... etc.
im basically wanting to just look my best ever. lean and full . big and ripped.

:)
all tips and suggestions are much appreciated

thus far i have come up with the following:

test enanthate 500mg per week
proviron 50mg per day
-eat/drink my bodyweight in g. of protein daily .
-limit carbs to 300g. or below daily
-drink atleast a gallon of water daily and take a multi-vitamin
-avoid carbs in the hours before bedtime
-6 meals daily (1st 3 meals all protein and carbs NO fat-, last 3 meals all protein and fat NO carbs_)
-cardio on the stairmill 25-30min post workout atleast 3x per week.
-thinking about running clen ? ?
-training hypertrophy range 8-12 reps on just about everything , hitting all the compound movements weekly....plus isolation movements particularly for arms and calves

The ones I have bolded are not set in stone. Those all depend on the times you workout. For example, if you workout at night, have carbs for breakfast, then pre/post-workout. When I worked out at 5:00 P.M. I would eat carbs for my last meal before bed. It gets used by the muscles.
