She's a Serbian singer. Her husband was Zeljko Raznatovic, who founded the Party of Serbian Unity, of which she became the president after his death. Oh, and she won a bodybuilding contest in 1993, which I guess relates to this site (although not to C&C).

Anyway, the main clue was the "Serbia" on one of the banners in the first pic on the second page. And from the other pics and your response to the Selena guess, "Serbian pop singer(s)" seemed like a good thing to throw into Google.

russian pop singer
then to rhyme with semolina: Katarina....(looking at the file names of the pics all seemed to have "K" in them so I assumed first name.
led me to nothing so I started looking at Bollywood stars: Karina Kapoor is a semi close matched face, not the boobs though.
but the russian funeral thing threw me, then the clue for the "he" and i was all over it...without reading too far down to see Mr. Simian had solved the puzzle. I had even searched "serbian models" briefly!
