PhosphagenHP&Hydroxcut together???

Is it alright to take these two products together, I only take the Hydroxy before I work out. Should I stay off of it if I am trying to put weight on

This has been posted a bunch of times. You dont stack ECA and creatine, one makes you drop water, one makes you hold it. Pretty much your just negating all your gains/losses by doing that. You may get a little stronger from it, but its not worth it to use the two together.
