Phon-order.com???!!!!

Was just wondering if anyone knew anything about this company? Some how they charged $219.95 to my credit card, but I have no clue how they got my card number. I called them and the guy I spoke to said that I was charged for some roadside assistance, and that customer service would be getting a hold of me within 48 hours (that was Monday) to return my credit.
I never had any road side assistance, or even car problems for that matter!
Does anyone have any suggestions what I should do?

Id appreciate any advice…

PS.The places I order from over the net are: dpsnutrition, generics-online-pharmacy.com, dru-online.com and I use pay pal….

Don't worry.. Even if you have problems getting them to refund you, you can still call your credit card company to take care of the matter.. I had a similiar experience, only form a company I had previously ordered from.. A year later I got a nearly $550 charge from them....After about 2 weeks of aggrivation I called My visa issuer and they removed the charge from my account just a couple days later. The card company was Citibank by the way..

perhaps they have some bullshit affiliation with your credit card company and tried sneaking this below radar.

I had something similar happen a couple years ago but I was billed for some type of insurance coverage, can't remember, some type of bullshit and I called up and complained and they obviously removed the charge but did not have a good reason to explain why, they took the position that this was a value added service they were offering.
