I really hate people that fuckin flip real estate.........i want to smack everyone that does this in the PHX area. Home prices have fuckin shot though the roof in the last 2yrs. in 2001 a home is South scottsdale would have sold for about 130,000 to 170,000 a nice starter home. 4yr later they bring 400K

Why would you live in Scottsdale anyway?

Nothing but snobs, mormons and Jenna Jameson live out there...

For that kind of cash I'd buy some acres up in Washington or Oregon and have a house built custom...probably a live-in cook/masseuse/concubine.

I watched that VH-1: Inside Jenna Jameson and she said they live in Scottsdale...

She also said there were alot of Mormons who live around her who judge her based on her profession.....that's where I got that from.

It's specific to Scottsdale, because that area is highly sought after....

It's basically a name brand type phenomenon......there's nothing special about Scottsdale, other than the fact that it caters to the upperclass. Other than that it's nothing special.

Phoenix is all dry heat...

The winters here rock, I make do here with a long sleeve t-shirt in the winters....can't wait to try a DNP cycle this winter. The dry heat is the same as Vegas, but it gets hotter here and the economic market is better here. You can find any type of job here you want. It's a growing market.
