any input on this medication... Im thinking of taking it for 4 weeks with a 2000 calorie diet high in protein, moderate carbs, moderate fats. Working out 4x a week, with cardio am 5x a week. Any idea on expected weight loss? Im 6'2" at about 17% bodyfat... also can you take Yohimebine with it to increase release of fatty acids in your body of is that a bad idea?

try the diet discussion board..u will get more answers bro..., also should loose a lot of fat.. but post over there and see what they will say about it..
