I was looking for the best assistance in losing fat before I hit my cycle....I have been told that PHENTERMINE kicks ass at controlling cravings and helping lose weight bigtime, however monitor blood pressure and can be addictive, don't mix with T3 or EPHEDRINE????? I was even Looking at XENICAL too.....Please help....I am still researching but all input would be greatly beneficial.......Thanks

i'd stay away from phentermine since it causes heart valve problems. I tried meridia with no avail. Meridia probably works for some but it did absolutely nothing for me. You might want to try ephedra and some serious cardio atleast 20-30 minutes ed. works fine for me.

20-30 minutes??? MINIMUM...With the body fat I need to lose, I need to go at least 6 days 45 minutes each session..I will be shooting for 7 days --45 minutes to an hour.....I still hear PHENTERMINE will ELIMINATE ALL CRAVINGS and significantly reduce appetite to be able to concentrate on Protein shakes and multi vitamins, etc.....

Any more help than this?????

HEART VALVE PROBLEMS???? (Never heard that one)--I understand the drug (see below) ---I am looking for info from someone who used it and/or combined it with something....
Phentermine is usually used as a short- term drug along with diet and behavior modification to treat obesity. Recently, it has been combined with diet and fenfluramine (Pondimin) and used over longer terms in selected obesity patients (P & P diets) with some favorable long-term modest weight loss.

DOSING: Phentermine should be taken after breakfast; evening doses should be avoided because of secondary insomnia.

DRUG INTERACTIONS: Phentermine should not be taken by patients with glaucoma, hyperthyroidism, or a history of drug abuse or psychotic illnesses. Phentermine is not recommended in patients with high blood pressure that is not well controlled. Patients on phentermine should have their blood pressure closely followed. Insulin requirements may change in patients on phentermine; alcohol can cause a drug interaction. Abrupt stoppage of the drug can cause withdrawal with fatigue and depression. Phentermine is potentially addicting. Phentermine is not recommended for patients with symptomatic heart disease including rhythm problems.

SIDE EFFECTS: Side effects include diarrhea, dry mouth, constipation, an unpleasant taste, hives, impotence, palpitations, high blood pressure, and fast heart rates. Central nervous system side effects include overstimulation, insomnia, restlessness, tremor, and dizziness

(ITS SUPPOSED TO BE AWESOME FOR FAT LOSS, but can be ADDICTING....I am looking for someone's experience who used this in another thread)

I stand corrected. Your right the combo caused heart problems, mainly due to fenfluramine.

As I posted in the clen vs. phentermine thread, phentermine should be taken a half an hour BEFORE breakfast, not after. I am not sure where you found this information. If for some reason you miss your dose a half an hour before breakfast, it is ok to take 2 hours after breakfast.

Phentermine is widely prescribed, aka. Bontril
I've used it , (pillstore.com) worked great for about 2 months then totally useless.
Same with ephedra, MAHung , whatever it's called. It works pretty well short term, harder to find now.
I didn't really like either of those and they both made my g/f really ill.
I've found Ginko Biloba + Alpha-Lipoic acid & Acetyl L-Carnitine (vitacost.com) speeds up the metabolism just enough to get you off your ass to do more cardio without the jitters or other sides. In fact you really don't realize it's effect untill you run out.

CYDEX is ABSOLUTELY correct above. I just researched doctor's prescriptions and all recommend 1/2 hr BEFORE breakfast....Sorry about the mistake above, I got that from another site...

Thanks

my sister had really good results with xenical. it just makes you shit out all the fat from food.

Yea, I saw that it blocks at least 1/3 of fat being absorbed in your system and simply lets it pass unprocessed

Xenical is bad news. Makes your body "reject" oil from food. What they don't tell you is that you may Drip oil out of your ass all day. Slides right out....

Wow, Anyone heard of this with XENICAL......

Whats max dosage for Phentermine????? How much weaker is Phenterprin than phentermine......And any experience with T-REX compared to Phentermine or both together...
