phentermine in mexico

I am going to Cancun next week and was wondering what the brand names for phentermine are in mexico?
Can you pick it up in any pharmacy and at what price?

There are a couple different kinds but the best IMHO is Sinpet Fentermina.. comes in 15mg and 30mg tablets, 30 tablets per box.. Price ranges from .50 - 1.00 a tab, but could be even more expensive in a place like Cancun.

Btw, Phentermine is a controlled substance even in Mexico.. last year when I was in Cancun I went to 3 different Pharmacies and none would sell it to me (I don't even know if they had it stocked).. So good luck.

I tried to get some in TJ a few days ago from my regular pharmisist. He told me it is not available and illegal. Eprescribe.com advertises it, but it is WAY EXPENSIVE.

Yeah, right now you have to be really careful in TJ because the Mexican Federales are busting people who are in possession of controlled meds without prescriptions.. American's are getting popped left and right at that plaza with the mechanical bull. The pharmacies in that particular area are really being targeted by the Federal policia because they are known to sell controlled meds (valium, oxycontin, phentermine, etc) OTC. I know 3 people who got searched by "undercover" Federales as soon as they stepped outside the pharmacy.. One guy spent 48 hours in jail (in TJ) because they caught him with valium..

So be careful!

Interesting stuff Damian. You know, the Federalies did seem kind of busy and out in numbers the other day. We just park and quickly do our shopping, and head to Colonia Libertad for tacos. We waste no time on Revolution what-so ever. The undercover thing is a bit worrysome. I don't recall ever seeing a mechanical Bull in any plaza...Hmmm.

It's the "Viva Tijuana" plaza located right next to the pedestrian brigde that you take to get to downtown TJ (revolution).. there are about 15-20 Pharmacies there (Payless, Castaneda, etc)...this area is definately "hot".

Pedesterian bridge? Nice and close to the US...no wonder it's hot right there. I have never wallked across, I drive in.
