Phentermine and HCG

Is phentermine and HCG used in combination a good fat burner? I have a friend who has lost alot of weight quick and he says this is what he is using. I really need to burn some fat that I've gained the last 5 years after 2 lower back surgeries. Thanks for any input or help you can give.

is your diet in check? nothing is going to melt the fat off of you unless you are eating right

I'm working on it or I should say yes it has been for the last week. I do 20-30 minutes of cardio 5 days/week and work out 5 days/week. I keep my heart rate at or above what the bike says it should be for my age and weight which is 38 and 260lbs.

I talked to my friend tonight at work, he is going to a weightloss clinic. They give him one shot of HCG per week and a month supply of phentermine. He is following the diet and walking 45 minutes each day and has lost 53 lbs. Almost seems to good to be true, makes me want to give it a shot.
