I dont know if anyone else has used this but damn its good stuff.
Ive lost 15lbs since feb,lifts have gone up 35lbs on my db bench, added 60lbs to my t bar rows, 80 to squats.
certainly no complaints here, and all of this was post cycle gains, so I did this in a time where you typically wouldnt be adding those kind of numbers to lifts
