ONLY LOG KEY LIFTS, NOT ALL LIFTS!.

It creates too many issues.

Pleas edit or I will have to delete those posts myself
 
I had this question. what exactly are the 'key lifts'? Thanks and I had a few questions myself about my routine. could you check out my log. they will be at the end.

What Lifts do I keep Track of?
Legs:
Leg Presses , Squat

Calves:
Last series of Seated Calf Raises

Back:
1 Arm Rows

Traps:
Shrugs

Biceps:
Barbell Curls

Triceps:
Press downs

Chest:
Incline Presses

Shoulders:
Military Presses


those are the "Core" movements that are the only ones you need to keep track of......... EVER.
 
sorry omega! didnt see this until just now. will only log the key lifts from now forward. could you double check if my lifts are in the correct order you wanted?
