pharmacy fakes???

hey, new here, have quest...... Has anybody ever heard of fakes in a mexican pharmacy, or am I just paranoid... Any input would be appreciated

Heard of fakes coming from Mexico, Greece, Turkey, Spanish etc etch pharmacies. Just because it says pharmacy does not meant to say they are 100% legit you still need to know what you are looking at and also a contact would help.
